Email Verifier: The Service helps Users verify the validity of email addresses to determine whether an email address is active and valid for communication.TargetICP does not guarantee 100% accuracy and cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the results.

4. Usage Limitations
You may only use the Service for lawful, ethical, and business purposes by all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
You won't use the Service to Engage in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Harvest or scrape personal data from individuals without their consent.
Use the Service to violate the privacy of individuals or organizations.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent and legal authorization before using the Service to collect, verify, or store email addresses.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments
The Service may offer different subscription plans with varying access levels, features, and usage limits. These plans are subject to change at TargetICP’s discretion.
You agree to pay any fees associated with your selected subscription plan, and TargetICP may change or update pricing at any time if you don't mind. Payments for the Service are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by TargetICP.

TargetICP takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information and data. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and TargetICP cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
By using the Service, you consent to TargetICP’s data collection and use practices as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by TargetICP and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent from TargetICP.

TargetICP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
TargetICP’s liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. The Service is provided "as is," and TargetICP makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, availability, or reliability.

10. Termination
TargetICP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we believe that your use of the Service is harmful to our business or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures provided in the app. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service or any data stored within the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the aggregated data's completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. So, we don't take any liability for any loss or damage caused by using or relying on TargetICP or the information provided through our platform.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TargetICP, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, including any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Modifications to the Terms
TargetICP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. You must review these Terms periodically. Continued Service use after such changes is considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
